Information on The Ranks and Positions Open...

Hullo everyone! There have been some people asking what exactly the ranks mean and what the positions are meant for. So Ze Fano has decided to answer you questions!

Let's start with the Positions in the "Government"

President: Controls the gang and is the Main Leader of the Gang. Plans out most of the Homie acticities and provides chats and meet-ups with each other to keep everyone connected with each other. The president is suppose to be fair and wise about her choices and shall never act negatively on something without hearing out the whole story. Any disrespect aimed at the president will be in severe danger ;)

Vice President: The main purpose for the Vice President is mainly for is I decide to leave the gang and give the leadership responsibilities to another member of the gang. The Vice President will also help out planning out big Homie Events, handling Homies when they get out of control (basically fights), and work on the blog, keeping everything in order. The Vice President has no power over other Homies and is equally as important as them.

Governors: They are the two Co-Leaders that help out with the gang. They are also the leaders of the two groups in the Gang, which have yet to be named. These two Homies will have power over other Homies and they will be able to Post on the Blog/Give Warnings to certain Homies, Plan out other Homie Events, Will be able to become a mod on the Homie Chat, and assist Homies In Training to accomplish they're dreams of becoming a part of this wonderful gang. Besides that, they will also do the things the Vice President helps out with.

Law Enforcement: The Law Enforcements keeps the Homies in check and makes sure they are following the rules and acting like True Homies. If the Law Enforcement witnesses or sees something that should not be occuring within the Homie Gang, he/she will immediately inform the President about it so she can make sure they are following the rules and won't do it again. Other than that, the Law Enforcement is also included in some of the meetings and helps out every now and then with the Homie Events and Planning.

At the moment The Vice President and Governor position is open! If you are interested please leave a comment below informing me about it. So Far there have only been to people interested in entering.

The Vice President shall be decided by me, but the other Governor will be decided by a public vote. =)

Now for the Homie Ranks!

Honorable Homie: These Homies are the most experienced and trusted people in the gang. They are very dedicated to the gang and are believed to never do any harm to the gang and have always been loyal from the start. Most of the Homies are the very first Homies ever added to the gang. All Homies are expected to treat them with respect. These Homies also have a bit more power over the other Homies. They are kind of like the Cabinet of the Gang (Advices President on what to do).

Experienced Homie: These Homies are very experienced on what a True Homies means and are very dedicated to the gang. Although they are trusted throughout the gang they are not as trusted as the Honorable Homies. These Homies have no power over other Homies.

Homie: Most Homies fall in this position. This just means they are real best friends, who sometimes get into fights. If that's not the case, it's either that you are still new to the gang or you are not as experienced in the Homie Field just yet.

Homie To Be: These people are interested in becoming Homies but have just a bit more time before they do become homies. They have spent a while in the Homie In Training category but have moved up in the ranks. The thing these Homies need to work on the most, if getting along with everyone who still comes online and is in contact with the gang and showing a passion for the gang with loyalty!

Homies In Training: These People are peoples that are interested in becoming Homies, but dont have the Homie Factor just yet. Keep working on it and your dream of becoming a Homie will one day come true! Don't go against the gang, because if you change your mind about wanting to come back, there is a pretty good chance it won't happen. These people need to hang out with the Homies and form a bond of friendship with a few of them before getting into the Homie To Be Rank.
